PARADOKS FILM (www.paradoksfilm.de) that's Frank Carsten Walter and Manuel Rees. Their shared conviction that reality is a constructivist entity that changes and contradicts itself depending on how it is viewed quickly gave rise to the term “paradox” in their joint work. Immersing themselves in the inconsistencies of life, exploring the shades of gray of human coexistence and taking a second look at supposed truths have been their common motivation to found a company in 2020. Paradoks films are characterized by the personal handwriting of their respective directors and are produced nationally as well as internationally, from short to feature-length films, from cinematic to serial. As Germany based company Paradoks produces to the whole world, artistically free and socially relevant. Paradoks latest film “Ship of Fools” was premiered at Black Star Festival USA in 2024 and won two awards at Clermont Ferrand in France 2025.
